Fountain work in Timber Greens

Timber Greens wants quiet water — villa scale, not a resort fall.

East New Port Richey golf villas. Short courtyards, neighbors close, a pump you cannot hear through the wall.

This lot

Timber Greens is golf-villa residential east of downtown NPR. Attached and small-lot villas, older adults, HOA. Courtyards are a patio, not an acre.

Fill, irrigation, compacted. Digging is a patio problem more than a soil problem.

What actually fails here

Noise and scale. A cheap pump against a shared wall is a complaint. A tall fountain on a villa patio looks rented.

What we install here

Low urn or bowl, equipment in a shrub pot or a screened niche, GFCI that already exists if we can use it.

Villa patios get a piece you can walk around. That is the whole design brief.

We pick pumps for bedrooms on the other side of the wall. If it hums, it comes back out.

Shared walls mean we are careful with water. Overflow is a neighbor's floor, not a lawn.

If your documents ban exterior alterations, we read that page with you before we order stone.

How we get there

East NPR, golf villas, not Seven Springs. River Ridge is next door and bigger.

HOA then Pasco. Packet is short if we stay at villa scale.

Questions we get on this street

Will it fit a villa patio?

That is the point of this page. We size to the patio, not to a showroom photo.

Notes from the yard

Freeze nights, algae, room on the truck. A few times a year. Not a weekly blast.
