Pasco is easy. Port Richey waterfront is pickier. Tarpon is Pinellas. We read the tax bill.
A closed recirculating fountain on a residential lot in unincorporated Pasco is usually not a building-permit event. A new electrical circuit is. We do not skip the circuit.
City of New Port Richey is still straightforward on house-side courtyards. Seawalls and river setbacks are the exception — Gulf Harbors and Cotee lots stay out of the bank.
City of Port Richey looks harder at waterfront. We do not surprise them.
Tarpon Springs is Pinellas. Different forms. If your lot is there, we do not file it as Pasco and hope.
HOA approval is not a permit and a permit is not HOA approval. Trinity jobs often need the first and not the second. Waterfront jobs may need the second and not the first.
We work with a licensed electrician when a new circuit is required. That is in the quote when it is needed.
We work New Port Richey, Trinity, Odessa, Lutz, and the four counties around them. We come to the lot.
Name, phone, city, what is in the yard. We call back.
Freeze nights, algae, room on the truck. A few times a year. Not a weekly blast.
