Low voltage, aimed at the bowl, on a timer. Flooding the fairway is how Seven Springs gets a letter.
Lighting is optional and it is easy to do loud. We like a single low-voltage uplight on the spill, on a timer, aimed so the light stops in the bowl.
Line-voltage in a basin is how people get hurt. We do not do that. If a previous owner did, we pull it.
HOAs that passed the fountain will still fail a floodlight. Seven Springs cart paths and Starkey Ranch front elevations are picky about glare.
Timers matter. A light that runs until 4 a.m. is a neighbor issue in Timber Greens and Heritage Springs.
If you do not want lighting, say so. A fountain that sounds right in the dark is still a fountain.
Pondless falls can take a single uplight on the spill. Lighting every rock makes a theme park. We will talk you out of that on a River Ridge lot as fast as on a villa patio.
Yes if we left a sleeve. Ask on install day. Retrofit in pavers is possible and more expensive.
We work New Port Richey, Trinity, Odessa, Lutz, and the four counties around them. We come to the lot.
Name, phone, city, what is in the yard. We call back.
Freeze nights, algae, room on the truck. A few times a year. Not a weekly blast.
